Lanna life Museum

Today we went for a walk and ended up in a local Museum.   It was extremely interesting.  It was fascinating to learn how the original Lanna Empire took in parts of Laos, Burma and China.  There was a display of beautifully woven cloth and it was hard to imagine how such intricate patterns were produced on a weaving machine like the one in my blip.
On the way home we passed this stall selling durians, you definitely smell them  before you see them.   I took this shot very quickly as it was starting to rain.
