Machine 06 at Church Hill Road multi-storey.

Hello,
1) As a regular customer of Machine 06 (middle floor) at Church Hill Road multi-storey I have found it regularly rejects coins.
Today it rejected two brand new "shiny" 10p pieces dated 2011. (it also rejects 5p pieces)
Please have this machine re-calibrated.

2) One other problem with the machine at the other end, of that floor is the smell of urine.
I am aware that this is meeting place for youths with their cars.
Besides the occasional quantity of fast food wrappers left around, that particular machine seems to be their toilet area.

I would suggest you ask the Police to include it in a Patrol drive through at about 21:00 in the weekday evenings to discourage the gathering.

3) Well over a year ago I emailed ****** to report that a drainage pipe for rain from the open top floor had become disconnected and was soaking any car parked near it. As per usual with Mr ***** I got no reply and no corrective action was taken.
