Swan River Crabs

The crabs are " running" in the Swan River and fresh cooked crabs are abundant in most good Fishmongers

A few days ago I opted for prawns, today it was crabs on the menu while watching the football finals

This time of the year the crabs are full with juicy meat which goes really well with a fresh French Loaf and of course a white wine or two.
