Hippy food blip

My older sister's and my older son's annual joint birthday celebration today. The siblings provided the food, mother bsked the cake.

I found my old copy of Anna Thomas' "Vegetarian Epicure" and made her Courgette Quiche. Not bad, but needed slightly richer seasoning.
