How to make mustard

I visited Doesburg this morning/afternoon. Had lunch with a friend and visited the mustard/vinegar factory. It was great seeing how they grind the seeds and mix with vinegar, sugar and salt, to make mustard.

Continued to Arnhem in the afternoon, to see my younger brother performing his one-man-show for his graduation. Good stuff! :)
