Smalltown

Packed up and left the villa. A last diner breakfast on the way to Celebration. Stopped for a bit of a wander round the lake before heading to the airport for the flight home. And it was just as we were leaving Celebration that we saw our first alligator in the wild, sunning itself on the opposite river bank just off the road out of town. Quite exciting actually.

Finally got away from Orlando after the not-entirely-unexpected couple of hours delay caused by the not-entirely-unexpected teatime storm - not sure if it was the loudest thunder I've ever heard but it certainly made several thousand people in departures jump that's for sure. As did many of the lightning flashes.
