Patisserie as writing incentive #RLS Day 21

Another writing grindstone day. Sometimes the writing is harder than others, so I'm using a patisserie-based rewards scheme. Hit today's target, have some lemon meringue tart. (This photo is deceptive, it looks massive but is only a couple of inches across!)
