The Oyster man

Spending sometime in Faversham, where there is a Nautical festival on this weekend but disappointingly few barges. This man was selling local Faversham oysters from his bike, a habit that used to be fairly common but l was informed he is the last in the trade. I meet him again, later, going back to get more oysters from his base, apparently by law they have to be kept in clean water for 30 hours before being sold to purify them.
