Geneva

On the last few days of our Swiss adventure, we have left German speaking Switzerland behind and find ourselves in French speaking Geneva.
Our first impression - slight disappointment. Its old town is quite austere and lacks the prettiness of others we have visited. And the cafe society we had expected of such a well known place, with all its diplomatic number plates on big cars,seems lacking. Maybe we are doing Geneva a disservice. We shall see.
