Poor Quality

It's been a funny week so far. Peaks and troughs one may say. High as a kite and then low as a shite! Ha....I just made that up!

Anyway, I was ready for a swim after work. The cycle there was a bit hairy though. Traffic was really bad.....and as I neared the Quays I smelt burgers and saw a sea of red....No, not tomato sauce but a whole lot of Man U fans. They were playing Galata'.... a Greek team!

I got to swimming only to see Dave, the coach etc...standing on his own. The water quality was below standard so no swimming for me!
