Lands End

Today I went to Lands End. I spent a long time reading through the trial and tribulations that people endure to make the Lands End to John O' Groats challenge. A mere 1000 miles (depending on what roads you use).
I sat wondering if I could do that. The answer came back - I know I would really like to do it by bike but I don't think I have stamina or the determination. 
I have been to both ends of the country - both are tourist traps and not that great a place to be however the weather was much nicer in LE compared to the very bleak, windy weather I had at JO'Gs.
Overall I'm glad I went.
