Am I complaining?

430 speed cameras covered in bin bags by the federation of tobacconists protesting against M Macron's plan to raise the price of a packet of cigarettes to €10. They say this will simply raise the % of tobacco being purchased on the borders, on the internet or on the streets, already at 27.1%

I was amazed that this happened last night but the 3 speed cameras I came past today had not been freed!
