Union Canal

Explored the Union canal which starts in Falkirk and ends in Edinburgh. At one point 2 adult swans were pecking at the passers by. They had 7 grown cygnets, no wonder they were being protective. One gentlemen, who had his ankle attacked as he passed, told me to run past without stopping.  On the way back they had just finished a swim ( see not particular good photo as extra but proof of the babies) and were preening in the rushes . Then caught the train back down South for a few days.
