Counting My Blessings

We slept in this morning after digesting our daughter's expressway accident late yesterday. As fate would have it she came though it unharmed, but her vehicle was not so fortunate. 

The late night drama set me up with a slight headache after a restless night in bed. That coupled with the heavy humid air made for a drag of a day. I had no energy whatsoever.

After taking care of my landscaping duties I spent the better part of the day attempting to clear some bills and assorted paperwork from my nesting area.

Tonight I'm just laying low and allowing the remaining hours to wash over me as I count my blessings by salt light.
