IN HIDING.

Really liked this shot of the heron hiding in the field, taken on a four mile walk along the canal. Home breakfast then hairdresser, after that a visit to the care home, then shopping. This afternoon T'ai Chi. Just got my dinner on then another dog walk, So that has been one busy day.
