Caffeine Kick

This was one of my self-imposed tasks today and one I've been meaning to do for a wee while - life in the fast lane, eh?!   In the bed and breakfast we were in on Arran last week there was free tea and coffee available all day and cake was put out in the afternoon and I was surprised how much I appreciated being able to have a cuppa when we returned late afternoon and a bit of down time in one of the lounges.  A sign of age perhaps.  We offer that to our guests here too, but it's always been a kind of 'oh, by the way' add on, rather than an offering of something which might not be offered everywhere.  Today I bought a biscuit jar.  Another sign of age?  Rather than just telling guests to help themselves from the stock in the cupboard, we'll leave the biscuit jar out now.  Anyway, those are the instructions for the coffee machine, again done to make it easy for guests to make themselves at home.   

Day 3 with the sensible eating choices.  I prefer this to Bb's C.E.P., but hey whatever works!
