Mystery Veg

It's hard, and it's round, and it's green
It's unlike any veg that I've seen.
When you take off the skin
There is white flesh within
It's all very far from a bean.

It's a kohlrabi, which is a relative of cabbage, I think. As I write this, it's roasting with sweet potato and fennel. We will see how it turns out...
