Up early this morning. We watched sunrise from our swags and got up shortly afterwards.

Back on the road; destination Manning Gorge. We stopped off at Mt Barnett Roadhouse for fuel, bread and frozen vegetables!

Once we'd set up camp, we headed out to Manning Gorge. We didn't realise how hot it was, but we struggled on. We found out later that it was 35 degrees!

The Gorge was stunning and we earned our swim!

On our way back, we spotted a lizard who ran down one tree and up another. Then it took flight, jumping from the tree to the ground. It gave us a fright, but provided us with a giggle or two on the way back!

Another quick swim and a shower!
