while stopped at railroad crossing

I am surprised to see that the shutter speed for this image is listed as 1/3333. This train was traveling rather fast, so I was expecting a blur effect, but the fast shutter speed seems to explain why this didn't happen. If you happen to know if (and how) it is possible to change the shutter speed on an iphone, could you let me know? Thank you!
