More Cowley portraits

I know I blipped this same subject last week but found myself at a meeting at the same venue and it was my only chance! It says something a bit different anyway (in my view!)

I hadn't been here for ages but it shows a few increasing links between housing and health that can only be positive(the meeting is in one of the health commissioners main offices). Prior to that I went to visit Emmaus in Oxford to see if we can replicate the project in my District. It provides short term housing and employment for homeless people as a stepping stone to getting back a settled life. I am so impressed with the life changing work there.
