An evening presentation at Cass Centre for Charity Effectiveness, delivered by Julie Bentley, Chief Executive of Girlguiding, gave a inspiring presentation this evening of turning around the organisation and giving it focus - being "ahead of the curve" to quote Charles Handy.  Food for thought.
