One drop of rain..

On top - the patio as at 830 this morning. Red, rotting wood frame, glass condensed -
And when it rained... oh the leak.

Underneath.... new shiny, clear glass by lunchtime! fixed panel and latch opening door. No weird holes in the framework.

It was touch and go at one point - i found something that wasn't good; but the guys were great and set to work rectifying it!

They were amazingly good! House all
Secure and shiny now and the kittehs can jump out ALL the windows!
