A busy day!

Another warm sunny day, despite the forecast for rain. The day started with a trip to A&E in Aberdeen with a friend who had managed to rupture a tendon in his hand. 
Then we were off to Haddo Country Park with the two Talpids to enjoy a picnic. With everyone suitably fortified, Grandma Talpa led a quick Yoga session while I sat in the shade pondering how I could best put the Universe to rights.
Extra. No day at Haddo is complete without climbing a tree and putting the fear of God into the old folks.

The mystery objects that I posted yesterday were canvas belts from a reaper-binder, the agricultural implement that was used to cut cereals and to bind them into sheaves in the days before combine harvesters.
