Victoria's Baby

Well what a day heavy rain one minute then sunshine the next. Don't you just love it when you accidently step on one of those wonky paving slabs and get blasted with mucky rain water. And it always seems to happen once you think the coast is clear after the downpour. Arrrggh!

My blip buddy puretone has photographed this once before and I've wanted to capture it for myself ever since. It's part of the Queen Victoria statue in Newcastle. And as you can see from the shot it was absolutely lashing down. God knows what the people in the cars at the traffic lights must have thought. Silly bugger probably!
