Speeding up from the traffic lights

Cars were speeding up from the traffic lights at the dusk.
Notify the long exposure time and think how it did not overexposure at all. And actually where are the cars, and where is the street?

I may tell how I did this tomorrow.

I kept the camera 4 seconds on the dark grey enbarkment and then moved the camera for a couple of seconds towards the cars.
