Step up commute...

I've decided to do a step up program for the new 17 mile commute.

It is a bit harder especially the return journeys, so I did 2 out of 5 the first couple of weeks. More out of necessity than choice but I'm going for 3 out if 5 this week weather permitting and staggering the days to Monday,Wednesday and Friday to let body recover inbetween
