Pirates, Parrots & Tigers

Today was the day pirates and parrots met 'the flying tigers'. It was Pirate Day at Hastings and my job was to introduce the Army Parachute Display Team Tigers.

Private Ryan Clark did his first display commentary followed by an interview from me. I had no idea it was his first time and he was great. We had the crowd cheering "Oo arr m' hearties!" and the Tigers landed to cheers and applause.

It was lovely to meet up with my friends Claire and Pal for a coffee on the Pier and a chat about a fundraising skydive next summer (her not me). Watch this space...

Next Saturday is Bexhill Roaring 20s for more dressing up and vintage aircraft.
