Sawn Down, Cut Up

Every two years we have a visit from the power lines company tree inspector. She looks for any trees which might fall on power lines in stormy weather and cause power cuts  These trees have to be felled.  None of my trees were on her list but a neighbour had several and when Bella and I went for our walk this morning I saw he had been busy with his chainsaw.
