Sharing A Seat With Sir Malcolm Arnold

Here's one of several fine new bronze statues of famous names erected this month in Northampton; Sir Malcolm Arnold, prolific composer across many genres including symphonies, concertos, choral music, TV themes and film scores. He was born and raised in Northampton and returned often, sometimes for treatment for mental health and addiction issues. He lived a long life, creating music almost until the end.
