Blue and Yellow

Well I have had a slight accident since last we spoke, whilst trying to keep reasonably fit I have managed to sustain a stress fracture in my foot, at present I am unable to put any weight on the foot at all and when I do attempt to put it down well the pain is pretty awful. So I am off work and hobbling about like the walking wounded, as you can imagine my blips are going to be a bit limited over the next few days.... to within my 4 walls, anything or anyone that calls by the house or the garden. Just as well we don't know what the future has in store for us or I wouldn't have got out of my bed!
