Suffolk Coastal Walk

We knew we could walk from the cottage to Orford along the coast so today was the day. We set off just after 11am with a rucksack of snacks to keep our energy up. We had one stop and arrived eventually in Orford at 1.45pm. It was a lot further than we thought. Had a lovely lunch in the tea room and set off back at 2.55pm. We had 2 stops and arrived back at 5.30pm exhausted and aching. We had actually walked 11 miles!!! The sun shone and the wind blew, I look like Rudolph with my red burnt nose.
It's a stud farm as well as sheep etc and they had a few births at the weekend. Theses two mums are certainly watching over their sleeping babies.
