Another Anchor
Another bright and sunny day took me and many others down to the sea front. While there I took a couple of photographs of the anchor I failed to post a week or so ago. This one is called "Grace" and is by Shelagh Swanson who has a studio at Fittie. The front is inspired by items in the collection at the Maritime Museum. The centre piece is based on the figurehead of the "Star of Tasmania".
I cannot complain, but I thought it was not quite as warm as yesterday, there was a coolness in the breeze, though it was not unpleasant. The extra is taken in Fittie village. There are several nice gardens with lots of flowers at the moment. The clear blue sky is something we must appreciate while we have it.
