Hare Hill

The National Trust don't just own the walled garden and the surrounding woodland at Hare Hill.  They also own the farm, which has a tenant farmer.  So us willing volunteers get jobs to do on the farmland as well as in the garden - like today - hot and sunny, so what better job than going round the field extracting ragwort.  It was hard work, but nice to be outdoors doing something useful.
