working when it's sunny and everyone is off is just a tiny bit crap. there are loads of boozers at the banks of ury across the road too.

we went off for a 7 miler tonight (1 hr 13) - peggy was our support vehicle. it was a glorious night but having worn grey leggings, I looked like I had peed my pants at the end. feeling a bit lardy too after all the ice-cream, fish and chips and co-op crisps we've eaten over the past two weeks.
