2 year anniversary

Today marks two years since K and I went on our first date to 56 North in Edinburgh.

Despite me being *ahem* fashionably late, we had a fantastic evening and have been a couple ever since!

K had these flowers delivered to my parents house where I am visiting for a little while until I'm back on my feet, so I had to put up with my dad's teasing about 'secret admirers'...

Despite recent events of illnesses and family deaths, I am glad to have such a good man by my side through all of this and who feels the same way about me.

Our moto at the moment is: what doesn't kill you makes you stronger
