Costa coffee and .......

....... lemon drizzle cake !
My treat after my swim/ exercise ( I even swam 4 more lengths than usual !! how virtuous am I ! )
This was the lovely out look whilst having my coffee , very hot, very tranquil just the job after the pool but sadly NO chat, just a lonely cuppa then off to Sainsbury's for a few bits and my Radio Times of course my weekly bit of pleasure.

Thankful ....... for the fan again today.
