Here comes the rain again ...

I could go on with all the songs I know with rain in the title, especially as it looks like it's going to be 'heavy' rain all week.

It was torrential out there and unfortunately I had to be in it. Really shouldn't have worn my nice shoes out, they were soaked ===(((.

Went to see the doctor for a follow up visit and he says there is bone oedema that's causing the recent pain I've had. And all because I went down the big steps again!! So more rest and nothing too energetic for a while yet!
