Irene & John left today. I have been relaxing all day. A is coming tonight for a few days. She phoned me about 11.30 pm to say that she was in trouble as she had a migraine headache and was being sick and couldn't drive the car. She had a sleep then was able to drive but didn't get here till 3am absolutely exhausted.
