Tate Modern

On our final morning we headed out to the Tate Modern to see the new extension and what was the fuss about the public being able to see into apartments next door. Yes you had a brilliant view of all glass corner rooms. Fabulous furniture but everyone was out!!
The exhibits inside were even better.
This is human hair , 4,000 metres woven and then wound round car bumpers. The artist lives in Bangaluru and there was a short film about her work and her studio. Woven human hair is wound around car bumpers to ward off bad luck.
Sadly all good things come to an end and so I headed back home.
