Milky, milky
The very friendly welcome committee on landing out today. It was a slightly comical race to the (open) gate. I won.
The meadows just past Earith on an attempted return from not much further on to be honest.
Mediocre climbs to be found and worked - but they didn't go very high, and very weak in between. The sky was just milky, not even blue to give things a chance and to make life more entertaining the wind direction was different after launch.
Great to have so many gliders out, and so early, at Sutton Meadows though and a fun day had by all. A rather pleasant evening alfresco with good company at the Anchor finished the day perfectly.

P.S. Yes, I know they're beef cattle but again the title's so much better with some poetic license!
