Going for gold
Another scorching lay hot day, far to hot for day time walks for doglets but a lovely pleasant walk just now.
As it was so hot a decided to cut 2 lawns, use the scarifier for an extra scrape, trim the hedge and prune a few heads of the marigolds. Luckily with only a small garden done in an hour and then enjoyed an ice cream in the sun.
The blip is our courgette plant which is excelling itself with every new fruit. The rate at which they grow amazes me and with so little attention, much more straightforward than tomato plants. But the down side is that we don't have any tomatoes!
