Downtown this afternoon - the place is half empty - everyone's south somewhere in the sun, meanwhile they've painted arbitrary splotches of primary colours all over Boulevard Anspach.

They're displaying half OK sculptures which have obviously been lying in a field somewhere, but they couldn't be buggered to clean up before exhibiting them.

Too much money - paucity of imagination
