Food for Free

Took Jet for a walk through the woods to visit the flood works area. We had walked this way yesterday and spotted lots of Raspberries alongside the path. Not sure if they were deliberately planted after the trees were cleared for the works or whether they are wild. Either way it provided a wonderful summer dessert tonight.

Spotted this unusual bug as I was harvesting the fruit. As it was very warm Jet did not take much encouragement to have a swim on the way home. Just one small problem...... I dropped his lead and did not notice until crossing the road on the way home.

Richard kindly retraced my steps to retrieve the lead.
