Fun in the sun

We popped round to see Phoebs and Jake this morning. Their garden is a child's dream. Swing, slide, sand pit, trampoline, bouncy castle, play house. I feel we are depriving our child with just a three pound paddling pool! Esther happily threw sand out of the pit onto the new decking and collected gravel and dirt into a bucket, tasting a bit of dirt as she went. Pheobs spent two minutes in the sand and wanted her hands washed, like mother, like daughter. I'm not sure we will be invited round again!

Then an afternoon back home in the paddling pool till Esther's lips went blue and a nice roast dinner to top off a nice chilled out day.
