Mexico

In the 'world showcase' section of Epcot, you can tour round different countries of the world in just a couple of hours. There's a random selection of countries, each with their own highlights. In 'England' land you can eat fish and chips, see a red phone box and buy Twinnings tea... and the staff are all English.

We ate in the Mexico section, overlooking a ride and a fake volcano.... and I loved these little wooden figures for sale nearby. They are all animals (some real, some made up), and hand painted with intricate designs by a Mexican artist. There was a fantastic pig that I wanted to buy but it was $280. You can see all the delicate painting work and time that's gone into creating them and they are amazing... but I unfortunately don't have $280 to spend on a pig.
