A Modern Day Fable

Once upon a time there was a boy who lived at home, he was the sort of teen who remembered to shower everyday and make his mother proud. Sadly he seemed to have a fear of The Hairdryer and often went to bed with wet hair and so as the sun arose on a new day he woke up looking like a scarecrow.

Oh, yes, the fable thing, here comes the moral

The boy should not have trusted his blipping mother when she said, "come sit in front of me and I'll flatten it down for you darling"
