Strange antics

Triberg in the Black Forest is quite a strange place. Located amongst spectacular scenery the rown is very kitsch - cuckoo clocks galore, ornate wood carvings and a lot of bling. But all in the best possible taste.

However, this evening, we were subjected to a bizarre event that we watched from the terrace of a restaurant. Thunderbirds, Mister T and other "celebs" appeared in their decorated vehicles - got out, ran about, disappeared into the waterfalls and the vehicles drove off very noisily. Perhaps it was a Black Forest tradition.
