Wasdale Cliché

This really is a cliché image, sorry about that. So many people have shot this view that there are practically tripod holes in the turf. The extra is a shot of Great Gable from further up the valley. The shadow in the foreground was racing across the field as the sun was moving down behind Yewbarrow behind me, and I thought it made a nice contrasting frame for the bottom of the image. A couple of minutes later and St Olaf's church (in the trees) was in shadow too.
