Shine bright

Today was one of those lovely spontaneous days. With Mr Billy not doing the Stromness hack, I'd popped over to see George with all my photos of Willie. After a coffee and long overdue catch up, he asked if I fancied a quick ride out. The horses haven't done much this year so we agreed to take the experience in stages and go with what they were telling us. Long story, short we hooked up with the Stromness hack and rode through the street with them before peeling away back home. We were far from turned out well...me in jeans, wellies, T-shirt and a borrowed hat. In memory of Willie, Rosie wore his red bridle and Maggie, his red reins. It was short and sweet and the girls couldn't have behaved any better, shine bright Willie boy ❤ 

I then met Gorgeous and the dogs and we walked north from Warbeth. Our favorite walk and we haven't done it in ages. The weather was beautifully wild too.
