Courgette (zucchini) flower

Each year we plant 3 courgette plants and each year we wonder what made us do that as we end up with with hundreds of courgettes (is there a book '1,000 things to do with courgettes'?). Great flowers - tasty if if dipped in tempura batter and fried but life is a bit short for that in my opinion and l will leave that to the Italian restaurants.
